Wedding Bells

September 17, 2011

I had the honor to have been able to take part and celebrate Ms. Sabrina Shia's big day.  The weather was gorgeous, bride was of course stunning, their speeches were heartfelt and touching.  I can't believe the groom shed some tears.  I noticed that it slowly became contagious within the audience as I looked around and noticed people wiping their cheeks. As I was listening to their speech, watching their gaze and body lingo, I really felt their love for one another.  It was a very sweet moment as they exchanged their vows in laughter and in tears.

The ceremony ended and I was excited to greet my pledgesisters and other sorority sisters with hugs.  Oh how I missed them so, especially my ELE!  It's always nice to be able to see them during big events.

I met Sabrina my freshmen year at our sorority rush event, when I wasn't even a member yet.  That was 7 years ago. So hard to believe!  She's still the same beautiful, burping, sometimes manly, but sneezes very girly Sabrina that I had met, but older and wiser and MARRIED now!

With weddings, there are always wedding talks.  With topics of who we think will be next in line for marriage and so on.

Despite the fact that I was sick and drugged up on medications, I was high on life.  I had a freaking blast celebrating with everyone!  It was a long tiring weekend that took a lot out of me, but it was so worth it.

CONGRATS again SABRINA and MIKE LA <3
